30 Days to 5K
This past year, some health challenges have created a bit of a weight gain/fitness situation that I’ve been struggling to overcome.
I don’t know exactly what it is, but it’s autoimmune in nature, that I do know. Anyway, it has caused severe fatigue, general malaise, joint and muscle pain, and weight gain…just to name a few symptoms.
Not being one to give up, I’m changing things up again!

I’ve been following an elimination nutrition program (that I’m certifying in so that I can help others) and I’m starting a fitness program that will take me TOTALLY out of my comfort zone.
I am following the AIP Protocol (autoimmune protocol) and I am going to try Beachbody’s running program! I have tried to “be a runner” in the past, but never could get into it. But, I listened to the trainer this morning, and she assured us that this could be adapted for everyone! I believe her.
