It seems like every Spring, the urge hits to clean out, tidy up, and simplify life. We throw open the closet doors and toss out old clothes, and shoes, ready for a new start. So why not spring-clean your eating habits, too?! Say goodbye to old routines and lighten up with nutritious foods—plus healthier, smarter ways to eat. And, we’ll dust off our workout duds and clean up our fitness routine too!
I love Spring because everything feels fresh and new. The winter blues are going away, and it’s not pitch black outside, even when you’re up at o’dark-thirty! This is the perfect time to Join me on a 30 day challenge to ramp up our meal plans and focus on an exercise routine to hit the summer running.

What we will do during this challenge
We are going to learn how to meal plan and prep so that we’re eating clean and fueling our bodies. We’ll take a closer look at what we are putting into our bodies and getting rid of the foods that don’t serve us. Now, that’s not to say we’ll cut out completely things we enjoy like, cookies, ice cream, or maybe even alcohol, but we’ll learn healthier options. We’ll also commit to moving our bodies every day.
This challenge includes a book club! So, be ready to add a little happiness to your day as well.
